Course Requirements
To complete your course and receive credit, you must review all of the course content and complete the chapter quizzes.
Access to Course
All courses must be completed within six months from date of enrollment.
Course Completion
At the end of the course, you are able to print a copy of your
completion certificate. You will need to keep the completion
certificate in your files for license renewal purposes.
The Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending require schools to
submit a roster 2 weeks after the course is completed for CE hours. The
Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending require the licensee to
retain copies of the course completion certificate for renewal purposes.
The Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending require this
documentation to verify compliance with the education requirements. The
original course certificates you receive upon completion of a course
should be maintained by you and submitted to the Texas Department of
Savings and Mortgage Lending at licensee renewal to verify compliance
with the education requirements. Failure to prove completion of the
requisite education could result in a fine, suspension, or revocation of
a license.
Please remember to fill out the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending Student Survey and fax it to the number provided on the form. The Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending require this documentation to verify compliance with the education requirements. Refunds
Atlantic American Financial students who purchase an online class may request a refund within 5 calendar days after the date of enrollment and as long as the course has not been completed.
